Refund policy

At AESTHTX Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Sale/discounted items and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.

Damaged/Defective Items

• If you receive a defective or wrong product, email support@aesthtx.in or call 8286667073 / 8689912326 within 15 days of delivery.
• Our team will review your request and arrange return/replacement where applicable.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or store credit within 9–15 working days.
• Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the item is defective/incorrect.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, unless already shipped.
